The ADHD and anxiety videos speak to each area individually, but I have extensive experience with these two in combination.

I didn’t create a video about trauma. Trauma is very personal and unique to each individual. I certainly do talk therapy to help you process trauma, but I also regularly use EMDR. It is a highly effective approach. I conduct EMDR sessions via teletherapy every week.
