Therapy Fees
Intake appointment: $165
This session is between 60-75 minutes.
Plan to take about 30 minutes to fill out paperwork including an intake questionnaire. I read all provided information prior to the session so we can hit the ground running toward your goals.
Individual session: $135
Regular sessions are 55 minutes.
I make the most of every session with you. Then you go back “into the wild” where the real work takes place. When you come back, we look at what worked, what didn’t, are we moving toward your goal, do we need to adjust… I’m as committed to your success as you.
To engage in therapy services, you are required to have a credit card on file. This card is automatically charged at the end of each appointment for the amount due.
I accept HSA/Flexible Spending Accounts and all major credit cards.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network (OON) provider. This means you can still use insurance, but you are reimbursed by your insurance company.
Fees are collected following each session. At the end of each month (or upon request) you receive a statement called a superbill that can be used to submit for reimbursement.
Many clients find they are reimbursed for a good percentage of the fee for OON services. This depends on your insurance plan. Contact your insurance company. They may ask for this information:

Late Cancellation / No Show Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will automatically be charged the full fee amount (except in an emergency). Without 24-hours’ notice, I am unable to offer the appointment time to another client.
