The clients I work with want to fix the root causes of their anxiety. That’s what we do.

I became a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional to help you manage your anxiety instead of it managing you and your life.

So how do I treat anxiety?

I teach you what’s happening and why. Learning all about anxiety helps you own it so it can’t own you.

I teach you techniques to reduce the anxiety when it happens.

Together we identify the source(s) of your anxiety. Then we treat those sources.

I’m trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (how we think can generate or amplify anxiety) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (all kinds of prior trauma can create anxiety without our even realizing it). 

Finally, I also teach you how to recognize the signs that you’re heading down a familiar path toward anxiety (aka, anxiety relapse).

In other words, I want you to have the tools you need so you don’t need to come back to therapy unless you want to (you can just send me referrals!).
